What's an all original 32 roadster worth now?

There was an original Model B '32 roadster that was a very nice older restoration that sold on eBay through the Buy It Now for $45,000.

 

does it really matter? do you really have 75 thousand to spend on a car?

 

Has the car ever entered judging by the Early Ford V8 Club? The results might be a good starting point. You say all original, could it enter compe***ion as all original (Rouge cl***) with the Early Ford V8 club? You mention a couple of non original items (axle and interior) is this all or just the start? In the 1932 year cars little things add up fast (are the engine splash pans there?). You say it has an original engine, does this mean you checked and the water pet ****s point straight down? What do you want to end up with, a hot rod or a restoration (this can have a major impact on the value of the car to you)? If you are dealing at a distance maybe you could get someone local to look at it. My guess would be in the $60K range but it could be way off depending upon what it looks like up close. Can you post photos (or maybe email out a couple of sets)? If it is indeed all original you might also post your question (hopefully with pictures) at earlyfordv8.org. If I remember there was a well restored car there (earlyfordv8.org) a couple of weeks ago in the $90K range but it is no longer there.
