I would go with an R.V. style cam shaft

your not using an exaust system that will allow the engine to breath at higher RPM's
you want grunt and torque to get a full size truck moving

 

Your total cc's will be between 90-95 depending on how far down the piston is.

You should be around 9.25-9.50 c.r.
