Hello folks, I need a little advice on what I could ask for on these T parts I have, my ol 53 chieftain needs a few more parts to get back on the road and the old lady won't let me have any more $ so I got to lose a project to finish one :( and the pontiac is much closer to the road then the T. To tell the truth I don't really even know what I have, the project was started by my uncle in the 70's and when he moved he gave it to me where it's been in my shop since the 80's, so I have no idea if the frame and front suspension are home made or what they are.
The body and doors are there, i believe a firewall is there, a dash is there, a frame is there, part of the front end is there and I'm not sure there might be a few more things laying around.
    here's a few pics....

    thanks

  2. How hard is it to get a ***le in your state? I presume you don't have one.

If it was me I'd be waving it around asking $1000 or best and see what happens, I don't think I could go gather that stuff up for the same money.

Around here, I would get $1000 to $1500 for that.

You really need to turn it over so we can see the bottom, door bottoms too. Everyone has a different view of rust, how deep is the pitting, is the metal thin? I'm thinking $1,000. Looks like an early 26 judging by the door tops. Bob

Here are some better pictures of the car.And was able to find the trunk lid for it so with all that's there does everyone still think $1500 is a fair asking price for it Thanks again for all the help on this. rob

I wish I lived closer, I would love to have one of these in the lineup for me to finish... I love the muscle cars, but I love the older stuff too!
