Paul, just wondered what your plans are when you turn 43, then 44.? Whatever they look like, I know they will be as cool as the Model A.

 

I see that I posted to this thread six years ago (#292). I'm now 74, and my only remaining prewar car is the '40 in my avatar. I doubt that there will be any more, after this one is completed.

I've had pre 48 cars since 1986. I'm 49 now and currently own 3 a 34 chevy 5 window coupe, a 32 ford 3 window coupe (the wife's car) and a 34 tudor sedan almost done project. Yup that's my wife and daughter putting the soft top on the 34...It's a family thing with us.

 

When I first posted to this thread I was 68. Now I'm 76, and my only remaining prewar car is the '40 (same age as me).

 

I'm 72 and still ride my 1939 Indian Sport Scout.

 

I'm 29 and working on a 28 model a 2 door sedan.

 

I'm 43 and have a 41 and a 47 ford pickup. Also have two 54 Chevys. Had the 41 for 8 years the 47 for a few months. But the 54s for 9 years.
Brother in law has a 33 Ford five window since he was 21.

I'm 38 this year and am putting together a '32 sedan, it WILL be on the road before I'm 40. Then onto my Deuce pickup project.

75 and own 2 pre-48. All together I've owned pre 48' since I was 13.

I don't have a 33 but that is the year I was hatched & just celebrated it on 9-2. I was told a crow shit me on a stump & the sun hatched me.
I do have a couple of 34s & a 32 tho.

 

Im 35....bought by 41 at age 20. Bought my first model A a year later. Its been pre war on all my cars.
