What's the perfect chop for a Model A pick-up?

I was thinking a couple inches wouldn't kill the proportions with the long bed, but after thinking about it, I think your right. Maybe I should just leave it??

 

Yeah Sinister is right. Look at mine on the first page. I had to chop the bed to get it to look right. I shortened it 9 inches.
