Art & Inspiration WHATS THE SCOOP ?... With this Scoop ???

Alright guys, I use to be the "go to guy" when it came to identifying unusual or goofy old car parts.... But I guess the ol' gray matter is getting a little unreliable as the yeas go by.

I got a call from a old car pal who was trying to identify this scoop... It seems I've seen one before, But for the life of me... I can't remember what it goes to. So.. What do you think ?.... Turning it loose on the HAMB brain trust for identification... Thanks guys !

 

That number on it is for a 1956 Buick
