Yellow Jackets are in the bee family There are two kinds. There are the ones that make there home in the ground and the others that build paper nests. They are every popular in my area. When you make them mad they can be very nasty. Them will come after you in a group.

  2. Diabolical! You escaped a cruel death. This trap could be improved however. Perhaps when you crawl in to try and extricate your hand the trunk lid snaps shut sealing you in. Digestive juices start se******g and you are dissolved and absorbed by the "car". With luck you will suffocate first within the soundproofed "organ".

    To the laboratory!

    Ah, where was this exactly?

Because I think I've either been there, or would like to go there.

    Were not all crazy.

Got my WIFES fingers caught in an engine hoist. Smashed the hell out of them but nothing broke.
On another subject, she dislocated her elbow at a basketball practice(i'm a coach) and we had decided to take the 46 burb that night. Had to rumble her 20 miles to the nearest hosp. for treatment.

  8. Dontcha just love the little tiny wires that get damaged and stick out of your winch cable? it's nice to get a good grip on one and slide your hand until it suddenly stops when it finds a nice group of those little wires.

Not a personal injury, but as a firefighter/EMT I responded to an emergency medical call where a guy basically got pinched in half between a truck and trailer. The victim had been directing his friend who was backing his truck up to a car trailer. They never figured exactly how it happened (stuck throttle, brake failure, bad luck) but the end result was a fatality, even thought the guy sat there very calmy, talking to us right up till the medivac copter got there.

NEVER stand between a moving tow vehicle and a trailer!
