What's this frame?

I got an old rear window frame for a roadster, it is 7"x21" . Can't seem to find what it's from. Anyone know?

Probably a 7"x21" piece of gl*** from the back window of a roadster

 

Those are very rare...wish I could afford one.

as a guess from where I'm standing , looks to me like a Henway Tourer ................ I'm sure the August 1919 model had the 7 21
