Technical What's this steering wheel?

What is this off of?

 

I'm thinking '55/'56 Chevy.........

Horn ring looks like early to mid 60's...

 

Horn ring looks like Chevelle, or Corvair, but there's no paint dividers on the wheel to make certain it is a Chevelle...guess the dividers could have been filled in...!!!
