Pretty sure it's a 39 Plymouth with an aftermarket seaded beam kit. I like the original square lenses myself.

 

Looks similiar to some 40 ford headlights jammed on a plymouth I think. Not sure though

 

I thought plymouth at first too, guess the headlights threw me. thanks guys.

 

I'll bet on a Hudson, don't know year

 

It's not a Hudson, maybe Plymouth or Desoto...
