Having a nightmare trying to get hold of them - don't they want my business? Has anyone been in contact with them lately?

  3. Dealing with them was ............uh .. different

  4. Just got off the phone with Scott at Team3. Yes he is slammed. It is best to call him in the morning. For orders, fax them in and follow up with a call. He will be on vacation at the end of the month. On a good note, they are working with a US foundry and machine co to ramp up greater production here in the US. Prices should be lower. BTW, I happen to be a dealer and will help ya all I can.

my major problem is that i'm in the UK - would you/they be able to ship here?

  6. Several follow up calls is way better

  7. Yes, several calls is better. Scott needs to hire a dedicated phone person AND get his production up. But if that happens everyone will have them! [IMG] Then they wont be so cool!? heheheh Believe me, I have told Scott of all the issues we mentioned here as well as others you cant even think of. I trust he is working on them.

Yes, I can handle a sale to the UK. Email me at work with your info. aarestor@aol.com attention Trent in the subject line. I will see what we can do.

  8. OK, RR. I am home from work and have more time to reply. I would be more than happy to help you get a set of wheels. Feel free to PM me here or email me at that work addy above. I have NO PROBLEM shipping overseas. I sent an item to Buami in Germany last fall. Gotta keep you guys in parts, I might need to ship an Anglia some day [IMG]

Right now, the wait is about 4 weeks, last year at this time it was 8 weeks, so it is getting better. EVERY wheel is custom made to your specs ie:backspace, width, boltpatterns. They do a great job on thier wheels. I have sold many sets in the last couple years.
