Did anyone honestly think that another magazine would EVER be a good as TRJ or Hop Up? Well TRK is getting damn close. Keep up the great work.

 

I have 3 rather large dogs that are excellent producers. I go through about 100 pounds of dog food a month and it seems that they usually multiply that volume by 3 when the shit somehow. Let me know where to send my donation for the cause.

 

At the end of the day, Zombie is as Dreamy as a Young Larry Watson.. Or is that as Drunk as Doc Holiday ?? I forget

Either way, His Mag is Gett'in better everytime and everyone should be greatfull that he strives to get better each isssue.

Its a rough deal trying to get EVERYTHING in every issue to to make everyone happy.

This magazine is still young and i figure within a Lil while longer it will be one of the most read Hot Rod mags out there..

sounds like "america love it or leave it" to me, well i agree that we should provide feedback or else we end up with what we deserve, what someone else thinks we want. bullshit man, lets be thankful that a young man participated, flogging his car down the track all day and is passionate enough to have an opnion and not afraid to air it here. re fiberglass parts...........................sure they are historically correct, but i believe the point was that it is a glass bodied car, not just bolt on parts. i like tr&c mag, most all have something to offer even if it just being right twice a day like a stopped clock, but we can hope for better.

I'm glad they've covered BOTH my little shows, the Showdown and the Drags. I'm glad Don's car is on the cover AND they got the name of the show right on the cover. I'm glad Zombie & co. are interested enough in the Drags to be my "big" sponsor. And I glad Zombie and Rod had enough fun at the Drags that they want to bring cars from freakin' CA next year!! I really think the HAMB coverage and opinion of my shows have been my best selling point anyway!! Just enjoy the combination of coverage between the mags and HAMB.
FYI, next Jalopy Showdown Drags looks like it will be Oct. 4th 2008...yes it is Carlisle week, but who the hell is at Carlisle by Saturday anyway??!! Bob needed the week we had this year for another event, the week earlier would have been stepping on the Greaseball in Baltimore. I dont step on other peoples shows...GG . We will do a LOT more time shots and grudge matches...a LOT more!! Seems like thats what everyone wanted, so we'll do it. See ya at the Showdown Friday evening May 16th and Saturday May 17th. I hope to get my stupid website updated this coming week. I think I broke something and cant update it! Nappy is coming over to fix things for me.

 

The only thing wrong with my favorite mag is I cannot find it in fucked up Fresno..........HELP!
