Just curious what everyones favorite ride is or might be if you could find it. I would have to say mine would be a 40 ford sedan delivery.

should I be in the garage.....SO WHAT

That's a tough one. My tastes change with the wind. My latest infatuation is with the '33 coupe that was in the latest SRM. Chopped, channeled, 454 small block (yes, SBC), Richmond 6 spd, big wheels and smokin' tires.

I cannot hardly believe that you would like the plastic NON FORD in the SRM article. [IMG]

Your traditional coupe is WAY COOLER...........at least to me. [IMG]

Thanks for the compliment. I think the 454 small block intrigued me. Always wanted 3 pedals too. Maybe for the next version of my coupe.

I agree Couper. Cosmetically I despised that car. Technologically, I was astounded. If he'd run fenders it would have looked passably decent but the rolling stock and the like just wasn't doing it for me.

Personally, I've been thinking about fenderless '34s lately - forties style, all black with a twin-carb flattie.

  7. There are a lot of em I'd like to build. Probably won't have time. Hell there wasn't enough time when I started out.

My favorite ever was a '55 Ford Victoria. Wasn't considered cool at the time, and probably wouldn't be today. But I'd give my left nut to have it (or one like it) just one more time. [IMG]

My favorite ride was always a toss-up between the Tilt-a-Whirl and the rocking Pirate Ship.

Log flumes, coasters and bumper cars are cool, too.

Ferris wheels RULE if you can sneak a basket of water balloons onto one!!

Seriously, I don't think I'd care too much what it was as long as it was low, fast and made my ribs sore with its cornering abilities.
Oh yeah...the authorities MUST dislike it. Thats important.
