Hot Rods Wheel adapters

I have a 38 ford truck with gm 4 3/4 lug pattern. I have some very nice wide 5 wheels I want to put on it. Speedway motors has the wheel adapters in stock. Has anyone ever used them or are using them? thanks for any feedback
