I found a set of 4 lug 15's through a fellow Hamber and decided to get them powdercoated black and run bullet lugs and center caps. I was happy with that. and then.................Somebody did this photoshop and I found out that I can get those smoothies in 4 lug for around 100 a piece. Now I cant make my mind up. I haven't sent the steelies to the powdercoater yet. Help me make up my mind. I like them both. I will come out a little cheaper on the black ones since I can get a deal on the powdercoating
I like the chrome moons. In particular, I like the fact that it will hide your 4 lug wheels. I think the 4 chrome lugs against black powder coat will just show off the fact that the car would be better with a 5 lug conversion. The photoshop looks pretty sweet and you can't beat brand new chrome. My two cents...
Why dont you just sand blast and paint them ,I had powder coated wheels once and after a while decided to change them back to stock ,Blasted and painted ...........Powder coating is over rated ,Its just baked on paint .
