Can anyone help ? I am in New Zealand and have been trying to do things via email with not a lot of luck. All I want to do is buy something from either the Wheelsmith or Rallyamerica. I have sent emails to both ranging from 3 to 5 days ago. To date no reply ! Any assistance in how to contact either would be appreciated.

I make the initial contact via the phone, explain where I am from and what I want to purchase,I then follow up with an email to the person I talked to
This approach seems to take out the "to hard" from dealing with out of US customers .
I have purchased many things from the US, cars parts etc, this approach
    works for me.cheers David

Thanks for that, I thought I had tried the Wheelkid the other night but maybe the message didn't get through. I have tried again.

    Cheers .. Jack

  5. Hey scars

I am from switzerland and got frustrated many times with the e-mail contact to US Companys. The best thing you can do to order something is to call them.

I find a good knowledge of time zones across the US and the good old-fashioned telephone to be the best weapons of choice in a situation like this. Companies don't hear the Internet ring.
    Best of luck

  9. Rally America didn't respond to any of my e-mails either but when I called, Jim was right on the line ready to go.

He took his time while taking my order, asking me all about my car..

I hung up knowing I was going to get what I wanted...

    The wheels are perfect..

Thumbs up to Jimmy at Rally America. Great guy to talk to over the phone. Ordered some steelies from him that were great.

Wanted to order another set and he helped me through some backspacing issues I was having. Talked me out of too much backspacing (which he could do) but said it wouldn't look right. Any other business out there would have just written it up to make a buck. I respect that.

I just responded to a PM I got at 1:05 Am this morning, I don't believe I've gotten any PM or email from scars prior to that. So what are you looking for anyway?
    Thanks
    Jimmy
