Hot Rods Wheel ID Help

These wheels are 2 pieces and the studs hold the outer rim on. Anyone have any idea as to their maker etc???

The only Safety Racing I have ever seen are wide 5 pattern, but that doesn’t mean they never built a “standard” 5 lug wheel
