Hot Rods Wheel ID? Who makes this wheel?

I want to buy new wheels and tires for my coupe so I have been paying close attention to what I like and dont like as I attend local hot rod shows and cruise-ins. I found this wheel I really like on a black 34 3-W, but the owner knew nothing about the wheels as he bought the car the way I was viewing it. So I took a picture of the wheel thinking I could ID it on-line, but have not been able to so far. If you can ID this wheel, please do and PM me so I can buy a set for my own car!
