1975 -76 Ford Thunderbird, some Cordova had them also

90% sure it is a Dodge Magnum wheel, I don't know how I remember it but I remember thinking how odd looking it was when I came across one in Pick-A-Part back in the late '90s

Lincoln had that same wheel in the 70s

How do you put air in the wheel in the bottom picture?

 

You turn it over to the valve stem.

 

The same way you put air in the wheel in the top picture..... It's the same wheel.
