Wheel ID?

I've got a couple of powdercoated rims I would like to sell but have no idea what they fit. Looks like 4 1/4 by 5 to me. 17.5 across so I think they are 16 inch. Help!

 

Looks like a shoebox Ford wheel. I got 16's on my '51.

 

So 49-51 ford Car?

 

I think only available in '49. Semi-rare.

 

I believe so.............but don't quote me on it. I'm not sure if they were available all years.
