Looking for a little info.....'42 Sedan....going to put Wheel Vintiques 14 series Gennie 15" wheels and tires on........on the fronts I know of a '47 that has 15x5 w/3" backspacing and 205/75R15 tires....I would like to do the same tires on 15x6 w/3.75" backspacing.....has anyone by any chance done this ?....I can't think that 1" wider is going to be an issue but thought I might check with the more experienced gentlemen out here before I pull the trigger on the purchase. Thanks for your input !
