LOL!!!! That video remidned me of Gone in sixty seconds (the real version) when Elenore did the big jump and they slow it down. Every panel in the car waved at you when she landed. Read the comments for the video. "When he pulled into the pits he was sitting 2 inches higher in the seat....... Only the driver and his dry cleaner know how scared he really was.... Keep an eye out for the car at the next race, I bet it has wheelie bars. Is there such a thing as, too much traction??? "
I think the fact that they are on the bottom side of the globe makes it easier to do wheelies there... Sam
Must have alot of glass in that rear pan #4 pic.Thing was folded up like that and didnt even break off.
That's what you get for runnin' full fenders on a windy day! (Ha-ha) Seriously though, it rivals Garlits' Englishtown "incident".
Wow! Impressive that it hooks that hard, and equally impressive that he kept it under control the way he did! I've seen a couple cars here do that and not one ended up even staying on the track after the first drop of the front end... That clip reminded me of the real nice, charcoal gray 32 3 window that was posted a while back on here.... 'Cept the 32 wasn't tubbed... Still yanked em up high enough to bend the rear bumper..
Car is all glass. As a side note this car was involved in a big accident at Heathcote Park in Victoria a lot of years ago when at about 3/4 track it suddenly went right and collided with another 34 coupe.
Yep i was there the other coupe was yellow. The black one had 1934 on the doors to i think back then. I saw the black coupe a couple years ago in a shed at Port Fairy It was looking a little sad then but is obviously a well built car. Binga where did you get your cycle guards from. I need some for the rear 7.50 / 16 diameter. Troy
