    Hey everyone,

I attempted to put new radial tires on the orignial 5 hole 1950 wheels and i discovered that they leak. I'm wondering if anyone can help me by telling me how to know if a new wheel will fit my car. Its a 15 inch 5 hole wheel, anyone know if a certain new wheel fits? Thanks

You need a wider wheel for radials i believe.radials have a wider foot print so they require a wider wheel. That said, how much do you want for your og wheels?

They leak because they were designed for inter tubes. I was told you could seal the seam on the two halves with a rubber spray sealer on my '54 wheels and it would be fine. Have not tried yet but going to.
