Wheels for CV Swap

I've done the cv swap on my 63 and need to get some new wheels and tires for it as it is setting on cv spares on front. My question is will the 99-04 mustang offset of +24 work on the front and a +27 in the back or does it have to be the 05 and newer offset? I will have a 1 inch wide 5.5 to 4.5 adapter on the rear and don't know what will fit back there. Also will a 10.5" wide rim fit in the back after an axle flip or will I have to cut the tubs out? Thanks
