I did a search and came up with only one place close (?) to Connecticut, Ackerson racing wheels, I called the number "no longer in service", searched the web no news on them same number found several places no luck finding them. So here is my question I have a pair of 6" rims I'd like them to be 5" rims. There is mot OEM 5" of this rim. I would like the place to be close so I don't have to pay an arm and leg in shipping. Does anyone know of a shop in CT that will narrow my rims? close the center of the state I could drive them out there. M***. NH I frequent, anywhere in New England would be good.... Anyone???????

Since you mention OEM, unless they are styled steel or later model steel wheels there very well could be a 5" version of what you are looking for. What style and application are you seeking.
