Hot Rods where can i find a m18x1.40 lug nut?

need one with a 020 pucker.. anyone know where i can find one?

 

Curiousity prompts me to ask......what make/model does this lug nut fit? I do not know everything, but in over fifty years working on a various European machines, I have never heard of anything with this thread pitch. Sorta like finding a 23 tpi pitch. And, "18mm" is a BIG momma.
Also, what the heck is "pucker"? All sorts of insane references run through my mind.
