Does anyone have any idea where I can find a valve like the one in the pics? I have tried all the local hardware and plumbing supply places but havent found anything.
Boat supply store? Army-Navy store.(if there is any real ones left) There is some big antique boat store online...but forget the name.
yup, that's a common valve found in boats. Heck that looks like a ski tow that it's attached to. Anyway it's made by Attwood. ATT 14465-1 http://www.rexmar.com/page196.html
I'll start checking on these suggestions. I need it to be exactly like the one in the pics..............I'm not going to re-drill holes in my old Moon panel.
It's a ball valve isn't it? Br***? Moon I'm sure bought the valve and not made it. Happy hunting, let us know what you discover.
...you are gonna owe me "oh so big time" for this one... Parker 1/4 turn Aircraft Fuel Shutoff Valve. Larry
Yes, aircraft item, came right from WWII surplus to Eelco and Moon... I think current production ones look different, but lots of oldies are out there and many are circulating a****s sprint car people.
