where can i find out how to channel a 40 p/u

ya. this is the truck a bought by accident. i need to learn how to chop and channel it. i also need to learn how to lower it. any advice is appresiated.

didn't the 1941 ford pickups have that strip on the hood? in that case you got yourself an 1941 and not an 1940 pickup

 

If you need to learn fast how to do all that youjust need to give it up. Or you need to have someone who knows what they are doing work on it for you. It will be cool when done just take your time and make sure its done right.

As to the chop and channel : check the tech section on the HAMB; a good
bit of info on this subject. Can you weld, and do ya have a good deal of
experance doing metalwork? A chop/ channel job is a tough/bad way to
learn about either of these skills. But hey, I've never been any good at
following anyone's advise either. There isn't any better educator than
experance.
