Where can I get a 14.4 B&D battery recharger?

I have a Black and Decker 14.4 cordless drill. The charger seems to have "walked away." SO I have 2 questions:
1) Are the 14.4 batteries (and chargers) standard across brands?
2) Where the heck do you get the charges without the drill?

Look for the nearest B&amp;D repair in your area and they will have them.
