call or go to Summit Racing's site, look for WheelVintiques OE style. look like chrome reverse to me for like $70 each ..and these are NOT the cheapy chrome smoothies.
my buddy put'em on his 30 A coupe and they're excellent.

 

You can also get them wherever American Racing wheels are sold. They produce them, and they are really inexpensive.

I just ordered a set of these from Wheel Vintiques. 15x5s and 15x7s. $94. each + shipping. Much less than Stocktons "Milner" series.

 

Yea those chrome smoothies all have too many holes, like eight I think?
