The nickname was given to me by a group of guys that hung around/owned a gas station about '68 or '69. These were all small block guys..... I had to be different, I fought the big block fight.

The station was owned by a family that I wound up working for and remain good friends till this day. I'm not sure who in the group came up with Big Block Bill but from '69 on, it stuck. Two sons, a nephew, two close family friends....can't forget Daddy-O made up the crew. I owe a lot to them.

muroc maru was a full scale mock up of a japanese cruiser that was used for bombing practice at Muroc army airfield. Im really into the dry lakes era of hotrodding and also the history of Edwards air force base.

Had to really rack my brain for mine...I've gone by Lefty ever since gramps tried to make me a righty, long story...Lefty was already taken so I just used my first name and last name initial. Real original, I know.

After retiring from the A.F. i went to work for an aircraft manuf. plant (DUH). After a couple of months everyone figured out if they wheren't liking my answers "including explicitives, heretage, family, and intelligence references" maybe they shouldn't ask the question. Hence the nickname Rotenjon! Yes, i know it only has 1 t and no its not spelled wrong!

I grow up San Pedro, Ca and we would cruise Pacific avenue from 6th street to 22nd street or to Carrillo Beach at 36th. Back and forth on cool summer days and great evening cruising at night. Well, I cruised so much a old friend yelled at me one night and said hey Cruiser your cruising tonight right! The name stuck and I just brought it back when I joined the HAMB.

I'd been restoring Mopars for a guy for many years and one day got bored and decided to do a metal sculpture. My name is Chad. When the boss saw it he said it was an original Chadwa.

Mine's the call sign of the main character (Jake Grafton) in the Steven Coonts novel "Flight of the Intruder".

First "grown up" fiction book I read as a child (IIRC, I was about 8 or 10 at the time).

Young enough that I was terribly confused by some of the terminology used in the brothel scenes. lol :D

    Fear No Evo

That has been the name of our racing team since 1984. That's when the Harley Davidson Evolution motor went into production.

Our team has always consisted of old Ironhead Sporties and Shovelheads. We take great pride in trailering new fangled crap with our dinosaurs.

Here is a picture of the original Fear No Evo Ironhead Sporty breakin parts at the Nationals in Clarksville, TN around 1986 or so.

I grew up on Ska. Having a cool older sister that was into Ska in the 80's and having albums upon albums to "hang out with" while she made out with her boyfriend. The name always stuck since 1987.
