Where does everyone get that sparkly vinyl that...

I sometimes see it on seats. Its like vinyl and really sparkly, where can I get some?

 

Look in large outlet fabric store's and fabric discount wharehouses .Also boat places ..The boat grade is always better than the bar stool grades .

I was kind of wondering where I could find some of that sparkly silver stuff that I see on bumpers sometimes.
