Where is a good place to move in So Cal

i have family that live in vista! just a little busy, but no los angeles busy! and its nice.

 

St. Louis is ALMOST far enough away to be palatable.

Snows in the winter - he doesn't want COLD

BUTT cold in the winter, stupid hot in the summer - no thanks

The IE has some of the worst traffic and crime rates in So Cal.

Fallbrook area is definitely worth looking at.

 

Updated my post and added in another living legend. There's actually a really great group of guys down there. They meet up every Saturday morning for a quick get-together and then go to breakfast. I've been lucky enough to tag along and get to know some of these guys. Been able to take my father-in-laws Model A roadster pickup in the middle of January so that should clue you in on the weather.

 

"beaumont" is really affordable right now it isnt built up to much yet and there is still lots of land

 

went there for lunch a couple weeks ago very nice up there.....
