Technical Where Near Charlotte Can I Get a Rear Housing Narrowed?

Does anyone know where near the Charlotte NC area I can get an Explorer Rear narrowed.

Spraker said they had a huge backlog and are not taking in any more work for awhile. Does anyone know of another that does this type of work?

 

Thats strange. They narrowed one for a friend not long ago. Seems odd they'd be that busy. What are you needing in a rearend? Type of housing and what width?

 

My God, in the Charlotte Metro area there has to be several places that can do it. Ask some racers. I know of a guy up near Greensboro that does it but you should be able to find someone closer. Call Tim at FatMan and ask him.

 

I have an Exploerer 8.8. I need one side shortened so I can use a short side axle. It's going in a 63 Falcon. This will give 56.5 inches in width.

 

I could do it but I'm in Richmond, Virginia. There are lots of guys down that way that can do it. @hotrodderhaag and @Frames come to mind.
