Just buy one with the drop you need then cut it and weld in a piece to get the width you need. Back in the early days of drag racing that was the way it was done, with modern TIG welding and better stuff it should be more than sufficient.

MAS used to do it, but I'm not sure if they're still around.

The guy that did the axles for MAS is now doing them for Matt at Lakeheaders.

What custom length you need? Got a ole spare 4" drop tube from MAS hanging around with no plans...set up for 53-54 Chevy spindles and maybe it's exactly the right length you're looking for.

Just a note about the axle i was searching for.
Bought a 48" mas axle from lake headers.
Sent it to wac customs in conn.
Bill cut it, welded it and sent it back to me.

He is top notch and does what he says he will.

    A rare trate these days.
