Where to buy scrap metal in PA?

Is there anywhere in the central PA area that will sell scrap metal (steel pipe, sheet, I beam...) I have been to scrap recyclers in the area and they will not sell material off the pile. I am looking for some odd pieces for a project.

There's a good scrap place in Columbia just across the river from York. I forget the name but we get a lot there. Best to wait til the snow melts.

You could also try Earl & Daves in Middletown. Right along Rt 441 outside of town heading toward Columbia. They let me walk the yard plenty of times.
