Looking for where to find flathead front motor mounts. I don't know if these were a factory part or just aftermarket. If a factory part what years and models should I be looking for. Thanks in advance, Ray[IMG][IMG]

I seen a pair on here in the cl***ified section. Can't for the life of me remember who it is. Also seen them on ebay.

Apparently you can get them from Bob Drake as paintslinger 805 on here has a set and he was comparing them with originals in his thread about the recreation of his Grampas roadster. Now he's got originals he is selling the Drake ones as they're not as good and going to use the OG's

  6. The mounts you show are 1932 V8 only. The threaded holes to use them are in the blocks for several years. (through at least '37 and probably later). I think MEC makes a reproduction,
    (330) 644-3450, modelengineeringco.com. These do not appear in their online catalog but try calling/emailing them. I have never seen their product and haven't heard anything good or bad about it. Has anyone seen them? Note that the ones you show have been modified to clear the fan belt when using the block mounted water pumps ('37 and up). The '32 pumps mounted in the head.

Thanks every one. I've got a 38 block going into a single seater project and the pump mounts are as wide as the frame. This style mount will solve my issue.
