Born in Iowa in 1933. At the age of personal responsibility (5) picked up and move to SC. Began working in Father's shadetree garage at twelve (there was no shadetree or garage, just a dirt driveway). Learned to dislike Ford flatheads mostly due to the location of the early distributors and that evil wishbone. Became a Chevy advocate for self preservation. Lost activities of acceleration to every V8 Ford in town until 1955, WOW!Now building a HB Classic 33/34 Ford three window coupe with Chevy power. Had enough quick cars in the past that this one is for cruising and admiring glances only.
