The guy that drops axles here in Phoenix does a better job than anybody in the country. He prefers not to deal with the public. Whether you send your axle to SO-CAL Arizona, "elpolacko" or my shop, the work will be done by the same guy. He sets the prices and has told us all not to vary from them.

I also polish front axles here, and my work is as nice as anyone's. To see some of the axles we've dropped and some that I've polished, you can take a look at

We can drop most I-beams. I prefer to talk rather than type, so if you want to know more about this please call and I'll be happy to help.

If you're starting from nothing, Is it more cost effective to find an original stock axle and have it drilled and dropped or to just buy one already done or aftermarket?

that huge drop was a fabricated axle (or the ends anyway) holmes. if you stretched a stocker that far there would'nt be much left of it.
