    Hey guys!
I just wanted to get myself some custom style rear mirrors for my 1951 Buick Super riviera (hardtop 2 dr).
Thing is i dont know which of the tons of mirrors one can find on ebay or other sellers is going to exactly fit the socket.
I´d like to buy some bullet style mirrors but i dont want to adapt the original socket.
Anybody has knowledge of mirrors that are going to fit? (except the original ones of course)

    plz help :)

Bullet style mirrors are totally wrong for that car or any other 50's car or truck. unless you are thinking of something entirely different than the Mug/Cobra mirrors that I found on Ebay.

My thoughts are the bullet mirrors are more of a 60's/70's style, they would look out of place on a early 50's Buick IMHO. HRP

But they're shaped just like the body! (this was someone's 'logic' a few years ago when I asked about the 'Sporty-car' bullet mirrors on his '46 Chevy)
