Which is more ideal for a V8 swap?

95 Camaro LT1... if you must.

I prefer the lower set which allows use of a factory style motor mount rather than the early Ford biscuit mount.

I have the first type in my 54. I PREFER the bicuit style mount.

 

they both work fine. black mount is "bolt-on" style and yellow is "weld-on" style.
