Perhaps there is a reason we have never seen such a thing.

A "TRUE HOTRODDER" needs to know about old go-karts magazine coverage???? [IMG] Whatever man...go check out Hank Cash's post on the intro how-to about "if you have our head up your ***, remove it."

Anyway, I don't think I've ever seen go kart whitewalls. Most (if not all) go-kart slicks are for racing karts and they aren't concerned with their tires looking good. Someone did a post (maybe it's in the Tech section) about using that Krylon Fussion spray paint to paint whitewalls on tires. It's the stuff thats flexible and sticks to plastics and rubber. Get some bigger tires, grind the lettering off and paint em. It'll work great for what you need.

    Oh,sorry.My mistake.
I didn't realize you were a TRUE Hotrodder.
We don't get many of your kind around these parts, with a Red RockabillyRatRod DOUBLE WIDE Go Kart,
and a real big Iron Cross sticker.
    Is it Vintage?Wow.
    Must be a collectors item.
Just like in all the old magazines.

Yes,you are right.Wide White Walls would make it complete.

And a Leopard print seat cover.

I have seen several posts about spinning your own. Do a search cause you are so eccentric that you will never find them.

mutha****er. whats my name doing on that piece of ****? i claim no prior knowledge of that thing.

whitewalls! hahaha. thats EXACTLY what that needs.

i think thats an orcabettie gocart, for the ones too fat to balance on a minibike. i really dig the nerf bars to keep her thighs off the tires.

  9. What the **** are you guys slammin this guy for? He's 16 years old and likes whitewalls! He could have his head stuck up some Honda Civics 6" exhaust pipe tip, but instead he asks for help from some guys that he feels can help him, and all you do is mouth off to him. Seems like every post on here turns into a pissin match because of some ***holes mouth. Cut the kid some slack. Here's the link to the whitewall post I made. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=UBB1&Number=277791&fpart=1&PHPSESSID= What size rims are you going to run? NorthernTool.com has a listing for 3 different size slicks. p/n 1394-2405 size 410/350x4, p/n 1395-2405 size 410/350x5, p/n 13945-2405 size 410/350x6. Dean

so sorry, i would rather see the kid spend his money on a 4 door comet than buying new slicks, mag wheels etc on a ****ing stupid go kart. that go kart ain't gonna get the kid LAID. neither is claiming he's me, i mean look at my picture! [IMG]

yer learnin on it! thats what matters. and its 100 times cooler than a go kart. go karts oare for 12 year olds, or adults who already have plenty of running cars. or, like i said above, for wimmen that can't balance. [IMG]

Go karts started me on my life of grime. about 1960. Took an old reel lawn mower, knocked the blades off, took rusty water pipe made a frame with little red wagon wheels on front. Went about 2 mph. Got clutch, sprocket chain 2 real rear wheels for Christmas, would haul ***s then. Moved up to Cushmans, built a T coupe when I was 15, about 1963. Go karts are just a part of the natural progression of becoming a hot rod hoodlum. Gives you something to do besides study & make good grades in school when you are young.
