Here's my "Garage" that I built for under $100:

It keeps the car dry so that's nice. I warmed up to 30 degrees today, I'm not looking forward to any snow though.

Working without a garage doesn't **** bawls.....it gnaws on them like a rabid badger in heat. Don't ask me how I know.

  3. size doesn't matter. I had a 15,000 sq.ft. shop with room for 52 cars. now I have 1500 sq. ft.! that one zero can really hurt a guy.
in the big shop I put a car in a 12 X 22 stall and worked on it start to finish. now my work stall is 15 X 26 so how could I complain?
I used to work out side in the dirt and get things done quick. I couldn't leave them apart in bad whether. now I sometimes go for months without touching my project. maybe I ought to back to the old way and get things done quicker..........naw

I'm never gonna ***** about not having heat in my "shop",I pay rent to use the garage my junk is in (two vehicles plus tools and extra parts) but I don't mind at all because it beats working on **** in the backyard (which I've done my share of before I got the garage space.

I have a similar situation but my drive slopes down into the garage so to get the car out I have to hook a tow rope up and pull it out with my truck.

  8. I have a 20' enclosed car trailer packed to the gills with a 30' dodge sedan, and a narrow driveway to work in . But at least the car is covered. Rob.
