I have a wife, two kids, 4 grandchildren and one on the way. I love olds guns and old cars. Which do I love the most? Well, I would trade a gun for a car. My first car was a 56 chevy belair. Candy apple red, completely redone and since I was only 14 when I got it my stepdad drove it like there was no tomorrow. From there I have owned some nice antiques but none has compared to that car. I spend my time dreaming about cars, talking about cars and will drive miles just to look at a car. I don't mean any car I mean antiques when cars were cars not like the ones today. I never had the money to do whatever I wanted to but did what I could involving antiques. I have had to sell some along the way but always had several in hopes of restoring them. I have a few I need to p*** on since I am not able to restore them. I hope someone will find value in them and do what I can't. I know I will spend many hours on this site sharing in the dreams of others like me by seeing pictures and sharing info. I of course will not stop looking and wishing until the day I die.

I've owned a lot of different vehicles, but like you said, they don't make em like they used to, and thats half the fun in owning "antiques", welcome from Fort Wayne IN
