I've never identified with anyone except myself. I don't think my brain physiology allows anything else.

    Having said that,

. YES there is life after youth just slower with many new activities, traveling to hospitals, spe******ts, time spent in Dr's office, waiting for yourself or spouse for procedures, conversations with friends, Dr's ref, procedures, drugs-side effects, who died, who's dying ? and ALL old timers will agree "Aging ****s ! " Yet I, my wife and our few friends left agree we are the lucky ones, still here plugging along, Thankful and Grateful to be and enjoying as best we can. NOTE to young guys on here. ENJOY your youth as time never stops for anybody.

The teachers walked my eighth grade cl*** up the street in the small town of Westminster, MD to see the movie ''Breaking Away'' in 1979. We all cheered for the ''Cutters'' who were the local boys in a college town like ours. Maybe I'm not a Cutter, but that's where I came from.

No frame of reference to the pop culture icon that is spongebob.
I try not to be quite as laid back as the dude, but winter isn't making it easy to go out to the no power garage.

I identify with anybody that figures it out and builds their own. My buddy, Charley Paxson, on the left and me on the right, figuring out the chain drive steering reduction on my '60 T-Bird dirt car, long before you could buy one.

I know, it looks just like me, right;)? One of the photographers for a Santa Barbara County newspaper was a big-time race fan. She found out that I was building a car and did a photo-shoot. That, and a shot she took of my '57 Ford coming out of turn 4 at Santa Maria are the only pictures of hers I've managed to save after several years and moves.
