    That's what I'm hoping for. It's a lot easier to replace the cord than the actual heater, but I'm not doing a damn thing until it warms up a bit! :eek:

    Cars are made to be driven,they can handle the snow.


    BTW...that starter on that 7.3 is not cheap!!!! I feel your pain.

    I dunno if its alot for you guys but here we just had about 12 inches of snow on sat.!
    Of course friday i put the car on jacks to lower it and when i went out saturday morn
    i found it under more than 10 inches of bloody snow!
    Neither to say i didnt finish the job (i carried on though), so today im w/ my girls econobox!at least i have a car!

    PS that artic cruiser thing is sooo damn kool! wish i had the space to store it but
    mainly the space to use it! :D

    Last time I saw this post I wrote that at the Jersey Shore we just get cold rain. I spoke to soon, I'm sitting here typing and looking out my window at about two feet of snow.Oh well.

    I alway try to make a few trips scheduled around swap meets to the southern warm states in the winter. Covered areas are needed, no such thing as a shade tree mechanic in Northern Idaho either.

    It's been snowing here all day, nice white fluffy death falling from the sky haha.

    Head the east coast is taking a shit-kicking of the snow variety.

    Hell it's just starting, we have several more months of it to look forward to. Finish up one or two of your customer's cars and move yours inside.

    Got a wonderful chinook wind in yesterday so from lows of -46C over the last month we're hitting a balmy +8 all week so bye bye snow......for now !!!

    Same here at mid-day this past week. Sit on the southern exposure and soak up the sun. Ah, the joys of shirt-sleeve weather. :D

    Yesterday morning it was -32C. Today it's only -6. Should be above freezing in another day or two.
