The funny thing is that they are the sexiest roadster doors that exist. In my opinion.

  7. Bigdtexas. I've seen a bunch of unfinished emi roadsters. They made everything for the cars. My dad owns one, and spoke to the designer a few years ago. He liked 32's so he repoped them. Didnt sell very well. Sold all the old stock few years ago, and AMMuscle on eBay bought the remaining stock, and dies. AMMuscle is bring more and more back

Door hinges.JPG I'm working on "hanging" the doors on the 23/25 roadster ....got the drivers side on, then went to begin on the pass. and found I have one "odd ball" door hinge,(see picture). It was attached to the original rotted wooden door post and looks like it was there a long while , if not from the factory?? Any body else run into this?.... has anyone got a pass side hinge like the other three I have they can sell? (long shot on that!) Odd stuff like this bugs me hate to use it, Thanks, Jim

Had a slight problem . The doors are in there .lol i found them but unfortunately only have door side of the 4 hinges. They seem cast as compared to your bent steel.

Built one in the late 90s those wheels were cool back then lol, it was a 1935 Standard Roadster nice looking car although they need a tonne of work to steel them out. It ran a 350 tunnel ram twin holleys th350 trans on stock suspension and chassis . It did have 4 wheel disk brakes though but it was a handful it had bump steer . I lowered the stock front leafs so much that they were arched the other way.
I like the look of the stock beam front end .

Could or would sliders work on the rear of the front leaf springs?

I do not know what happened, but lost some and dbls of others!

I thought that i'd better get in here with my piles of junk! Went out this morning and took a few pic's.
I have two 1926 Chevrolet roadsters, one is an old "poor rebuild", it is an early 26V, the other is a lot of parts. It is a late 26V.

I have been working on the body wood a lot this winter, but finally had to quit due to tooo much stuff in the road, tripping over stuff, loosing stuff and in general not having enough room to set in my chair! Sixball and I have been comparing notes on the wood for a year or so. We both had missing areas of wood and 'understanding' . I had some wood patterns from a 25, thinking that other than the trunk opening that it was the same as the 26's "wrong"! I believe that this has been very helpful for both of us in understanding how things fit. Well all for now. Remember, HAVE FUN!

It looks like we are both trying to do this in the same conditions. Could that say something about the kind of person who would spend so much time fighting these projects? I have moved almost everything in my shop but just moving it doesn't get it clean or make it bigger. I spent the last two days dolling around in the dirt working on my OT pickup.

It is getting warmer so I'll be able to work on derusting the rerusted parts.

Mine is titled as a 31 Chevy roadster. Even though it only has about three or four Chevy parts on it. 729F79E0-C652-41FE-AB56-FBCE429C9BE4.jpeg
