Looks like what is essentially a bolt with a round head and a short sleeve, a washer and a spacer. What does the legend for the exploded view call them?
That's just a locking bolt with a spacer and washer, right? Why not just get a bolt the right thread, stack some washers and put a lock washer on top?
From what I see, you have your dimensions right in front of you. The I.D. of the spacer needs to be able to slip over the pin that has the threaded hole in it and height needs to be the same as the pin. The washer needs to have hole the diameter of the hold down bolt with the O.D. the same as the spacer.
