who is going to the GNRS?????

i'm working out a plan to go. thinking of flying to Vegas (it's REAL cheap) and renting a car to drive from there (about 4 or 5 hours i've been told).

anyone else goin???

 

How about a HAMB breakfast meet at El Merendero? It's NEVER a complete trip to the drags without some huevos rancheros at El Merendero… And since the GNRS is at the fairgrounds, it just seems right, doncha think?

Why not just fly to L.A. ? Is it enough of a savings to justify the gas and time you'll spend coming from Vegas?

Me, Louie and my father are flying out on friday morning........I think I smell rental car rubber and brakes

 

I'm flying in Thusday night and leaving Monday. There's at probably two dozen heading there from New England. (5=-6 of them HAMBers.

I'm still hoping one of you show veterans can pick a spot for a HAMB meet or two over the weekend????

Kustombuilder, I'll be in the Jalopy Shoppe booth for the three days. It's in the main hall. Come by and intro yourself. I have been getting a '35 chevy sedan ready to go to the show and if time permits my rpu in the raw. It's a tall task but I'm trying.

I'll be there. My uncle's A is in one of the showrooms, so I was planning on going with his family to help setup on Friday. But, I have an SAT test on Saturday morning, so I'm driving myself down in the afternoon. Guess I just get to see the show on Sunday! Oh, well. It's an important test and the last day I can do it for some scholarship work.

Gooz, El Merendero is on Fairplex, right behind the dragstrip, next to the liquor store. Next to the liquor store? Coincidence, I think NOT! As far as when, I dunno… Me? I'm always down for a plate of their Huevos Rancheros. Wouldn't hurt my feelings to go every morning.
