Hot Rods Who knows this 29 rod?

Hi everyone,
as ***le says I'm looking for informations about this 29 hot rod. The ***le says that it came from San Clemente CA... It is in Europe for sale now and I really would like to get some first hand infos, thanks for you help and support!!

 

As distinctive as it is, I don't doubt that somebody will recognize it.

Would it even be legal to drive something like that on public roads in Europe?

 

well, I just can speak for Switzerland: no fu.... way! but in Switzerland are most of the rods illegal 'cause we have very strict laws!!
